Live OpenRouter controls

Server configuration is present. Live execution still requires administrator authorization, a fresh authenticated synthetic identity, a durable reservation and an open runtime budget.

Configuration is not proof of provider availability. Current measured spending and route-stop status are available only through the protected showcase status endpoint.

Fixed limits

OpenRouter only. One model with two output ceilings. No tools, autonomous approval, private data or browser prompts. A $1 build ceiling, a $0.25 episode ceiling and one unsettled local dispatch globally. No automatic retry. A timed-out call retains its full reservation. A different task may run after the cooling period; security or unclassified accounting failures stop live work. A local timeout does not prove that the provider cancelled its work.

What remains deterministic

Permissions, arithmetic, source snapshots, seeded arrival conditions, artifact composition, approval policy, state transitions, event hashes and replay. Recorded replies are labelled at each return.

Separate research boundary

This synthetic product demonstration is not Stage A qualification, a published assessment, independent human evidence or a validated hiring instrument. Historical assessment records and the research laboratory remain separate.
