WORK SIMULATION. A NEW PERSPECTIVE.

See how work
actually
happens.

Human + AI. One objective.
A work trail you can inspect.

Controlled research preview. Not for hiring decisions.

EXPLORE THE SYSTEM
PEOPLE + TOOLS BOUNDED COLLABORATION REAL-WORLD CONSTRAINTS TRACEABLE EVIDENCE

01 / FROM INTENT TO EVIDENCE

One work system.
Three perspectives.

Start with the role. Invite people into a bounded mission. Review what happened, with the context that makes it meaningful.

Give the mission a reason to exist.

Turn a fictional job description into a work-system draft. Make the responsibilities and assumptions visible before a mission is released.

  1. 01

    Define the role

Bring a fictional JD or prepare one with an operator.

  2. 02

    Review the work system

Check the tasks, dependencies and controlled conditions.

  3. 03

    Issue a private invite

An authorized operator assigns access to a specific project.

  4. 04

    Inspect the evidence

Review the episode with its context and limitations.

Local drafting is available now. Publication and invitations require approved synthetic QA permissions.

02 / NOT ANOTHER QUESTIONNAIRE

Put the work
in the picture.

A controlled episode puts tasks, information, decisions and dependencies in the same frame. The point is not a magic score. It is a more inspectable account of the work.

  • Work through a mission, not a personality label.
  • See artifacts, revisions and the decisions around them.
  • Keep uncertainty and missing evidence in view.
Step into the practice workspace

Practice is a separate, neutral interface walkthrough. It is unscored and stores no assessment record. Live AI models are not enabled.

03 / THE PLATFORM

Four views.
One work system.

Four connected perspectives on the same question: what does the work require, and what does the evidence actually show?

THE BLUEPRINT

Design a Role

Start with a job description. Make responsibilities, assumptions and human + AI work explicit.

02

THE EVIDENCE

Review One Candidate

Follow the decisions, artifacts and missing evidence in one bounded work episode.

03

THE CONTEXT

Compare Candidates

Put compatible evidence side by side. When conditions differ, keep the boundary visible.

THE WORK SYSTEM

Plan a Team

Map responsibilities, dependencies and review capacity. See the gaps before assuming a fit.

Explore team planning

Public views use local planning or clearly labelled illustrative records. Persistent mission and review workflows require authorized synthetic QA membership.

04 / BUILT AROUND THE BOUNDARY

Evidence, without
the overclaim.

Inspectable records. Human review. Explicit limits. We separate what the software can demonstrate from what research still needs to establish.

BEFORE YOU ENTER

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Can I sign up and invite real candidates today?

Not yet. Public account registration and real-candidate collection are not enabled. You can explore with fictional job descriptions and unscored practice. Persistent production missions are restricted to approved synthetic QA identities.

Choose an available path
How does someone enter a mission?

An authorized operator issues a private, project-bound invitation. The invited participant signs in with their own approved account, reviews the notice and enters the authorized mission. An invitation is not a public signup or a permission to join another tenant.

Open participant entry
Can an administrator prepare the role for me?

An operator can prepare a role-design draft and share its export for review. Draft preparation does not grant publication authority or impersonate the employer. Any controlled release still requires the existing permissions and independent review.

Explore assisted preparation
Will TENX tell me who to hire?

No. TENX does not produce an overall candidate rank, hiring recommendation or validated fit score. Simulation records describe a bounded episode. Hiring validity, fairness and wider interpretation require independent research and governance.
