  • Team procedure. Each handover needs a named owner, next action and confirmation. Only the Operations Lead can approve the proposed working agreement.
  • Personnel records. Outside this work opportunity. No personnel records are included in this public demonstration or sent to either AI capability.
  • Nora · Operations Lead. Owns operational policy. May approve the exact proposal version. AI and the proposal author do not inherit this right.
  • Ivo · Service Analyst. Checks the supplied handover examples. In the alternative design, Ivo also performs the proposal review.
  • Rowan · Open role. Writes the proposal and requests review. May use shared sources and AI advice. Cannot read personnel records or approve their own proposal.
  • Mira · Coordinator. Explains how a handover is received in practice. Reviews the first draft and asks for an explicit next owner.
  • Brief Assistant. Receives only the shared handover notes selected for it. Its frozen suggestion is advice, not verified fact or authority.
  • Policy Finder. Receives only the supplied team procedure. It points to the ownership requirement. It cannot access personnel records or approve work.
  • Handover agreement. The authored proposal retains its revisions, review comment and version-specific approval. Submission preserves the final version.
